Hurski

Warmth, poured in.

Designer by training, people person by instinct. I bring energy, warmth and an eye for detail to every room
I walk into — and I'd like to bring that behind the counter at Starbucks.

A little about who I am.

I'm a people person before anything else — the kind who remembers a regular's order and genuinely enjoys the two minutes of conversation while a drink comes together. That instinct followed me from a season on the floor at LIME straight into how I show up for people every day: present, warm, and paying attention.

Quality isn't a checkbox for me, it's a habit: I notice the small things — how a drink looks, how a space feels, how someone's day shifts after one good interaction. I'm quick to pick up new recipes, calm when it gets busy, and I take real pride in getting the details right.

I don't just show up —
I bring the energy.

A small selection of how I show up day to day — the same energy I'd bring behind the counter.

What it takes to be a partner — and what I already bring.

I bringPeople person to the core — from client calls to the shop floor at LIME, I genuinely enjoy the two minutes I get with someone new.
Starbucks asks"Understand how to create a great customer service experience."
I bringA season on the floor at LIME taught me to read what a customer actually needs — not just what they walked in asking for.
Starbucks asks"Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work."
I bringYears of training my eye — as a designer and a photographer, I notice what's off before anyone points it out.
Starbucks asks"Open to learning new things — especially the latest beverage recipe!"
I bringDesign background, photography habit, a wardrobe I never stop editing — I'm always picking up something new, recipes included.
Starbucks asks"Keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment."
I bringFreelance work and retail both taught me the same thing — stay steady and warm when everything's moving fast around you.

I'm not just looking for a job at Starbucks — I already think like a partner.

Ready to bring this energy
to Starbucks.
